My Approach

Tara Benson and Dustin Kebre are both Marital and Family Therapists in Boca Raton, Florida.  We specialize in individuals, couples, family and group therapies.

Dustin R. Kebre; M.A; LMFT; MT 3057 ;  My current focus lies in the private practice setting, where I take a special interest in treating trauma, anxiety & depressive disorders in adults. I take a Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) approach, which allows for long-term benefits in fewer sessions than other counseling models. I was intensively trained in EMDR and believe the focus of counseling is to not only work on managing your current struggles, but to develop the tools needed to independently manage future obstacles as well. I use a combination of reflective listening, as well as an instructional approach, to help guide you towards becoming the best version of you!

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a License in Marital and Family Therapy. I treat individuals, couples and families. I specialize in healing people from pain and suffering. I believe the connection you can develop during therapy provides an environment where you can feel safe and nurtured. We all need this kind of support in a world that seems to care less and less about your needs as a human being. The first step is the most difficult; however, often the most life changing. I look forward in helping you transform your life and be the person you were meant to be.

I am a graduate of Pepperdine University, I am proficient in treating minor to severe mental health issues and disorders. I have extensive experience working with dual diagnosis and addiction. I am competent in healing people with minor to severe mental health issues including trauma and personality disorders. I specialize in treating individuals, couples and families from a family system perspective, as well using multiple evidence based modalities in a integrative approach.
 
My therapeutic approach is to provide a supportive environment that will in turn provide my clients with the ability to make effective change and overcome personal life challenges. I offer a personalized approach to each client with compassion and empathy. I look forward to help someone grow and overcome, one person at a time.

Tara Benson, M.A.; LMFT MT 3206   I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in Boca Raton, Florida where I maintain a private practice. I treat my clients as whole human beings and speak to them from my soul. This authentic approach allows clients to feel the safety and security needed to make the therapeutic changes that they so desire. My field training was done in a multi modal treatment center in Los Angeles, CA which taught me to pride myself on the connection and this value is embedded in the work that I do with my clients. I see individuals, couples, families and groups.

I studied Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. I have extensive experience working in the field of dual diagnosis and addiction. My specialty is working with women and their issues.
